To Build a Bed
For the past few months Daddy has been building a bunk bed for the girls. They are very excited to have "big girl" beds. Now that the construction is nearly complete we need to paint the bed to coordinate with the bedroom color.
Being modern parents we have decided to be democratic and meet with the girls to discuss the color options. They prefer to live in a 100% pink room. Their vote is to have everything pink. As the parents we have vetoed their choice and decided that it will be extremely beneficial to choose other colors. The bed will be butter yellow and lavender. These colors will coordinate nicely with the shade of pink on the walls and will help bring a little more variety to the pink backdrop.
Off to the store we go.
