To Market we GO!

We are selling our home. We are considering numerous locations in the area, one place in particular, yet we'd like to be closer to DC for commute's sake. So here we go. Now only if we can keep the place clean enough and not go crazy. Perhaps I may just put up signs noting: "Mess conveys"....if only it were that easy.
