Porch flower boxes are nice.
I have to really remember to water those porch flower boxes.
You will get sunburned working the school car wash no matter how much sunblock you put on.
Tandem bikes with new brakes do not seem as terrifying.
Your development will send heavy equipment to rip up all the cracked sidewalks and other concrete things like curbs and your driveway lip at 6am. You will be given no notice, other than the noise, which might leave you trapped in your driveway.
