A quotations book

I came across this book while spending my afternoon at the school library. I was so fascinated with it that I spent a little too much time reading it in the stacks on the floor. Some of the students even gave me a puzzled look. I suppose they see very few grownups excited about books.

Who said that? Famous Americans Speak By Robert Burleigh Illustrated by David Catrow.

Very fun book and it is comprehensive. A good way to introduce famous quotations to children. The illustrations are worth a look, very creative. Perhaps you too might find yourself sitting on the floor reading through this book as did I.
