Lite Sup

This was my supper. The bulgur salad from this post, 2 slices smoked turkey and a toasted bagel topped with cottage cheese, chopped tomato, sunflower seed kernels and freshly ground black pepper. It's filling and light which was perfect for a warm evening like today. And quick. Did I mention how fast this was to make. Super fast.

I also ate some freshly cut pineapple with some cottage cheese. All of this would be seen as a form of torture by my husband. He's a funny guy.
