This week I have learned that......

I'll need to make some pesto from all that basil. With all the cold coming in so quick it's going to be a busy weekend.

I need to figure out how to make fried green tomatoes since several are still on the vine and will not ripen to red.

Maybe I needed to plant those veggies earlier this year. Making a note for next year's crop.

Winter may come early this year.

Teachers like a nice lunchtime dessert such as warm apple crisp.
