Bitty Leaf Top Hat

Finished the Bitty Leaf Top Baby hat a pattern by Susan B. Anderson. What a fun little hat to make! It’s just the cutest little sprout hat and perfect for gifting. This hat is a gift for the new baby sibling of my daughter’s preschool classmate who became a big sister over the summer break. The baby boy makes it a trio of children for the family. Our preschool includes “sprouts” in the name and when I found the pattern I knew this hat was going to be a hit. It has been such a delight to make this hat. Leafy green nature makes me happy. 

Yarn: I used Knitted Wit worsted in Tree Bark brown to knit the main part of the hat. For the leaves I used Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash in Celery green.
